The Asia-Pacific Alliance for the Control of Influenza (and other respiratory diseases), formerly known as the Asia-Pacific Advisory Committee on Influenza, is a charitable institution working to minimise the impact of influenza and other respiratory diseases upon the populations of the Asia-Pacific region.
APACI has been active in the Asia-Pacific region since 2002, sharing expertise and best practice via meetings, webinars, and our publications such as the Media Bulletin, Newsletter, and Conference Alerts. The membership is invited to meet annually and to represent APACI at a range of other conferences.
APACI operates under an independent Board of Directors, and a membership consisting of individuals with a recognised expertise in influenza and other respiratory illnesses. We welcome applications for membership from all those who work in the respiratory disease field or in associated areas of endeavour.
APACI is a company limited by guarantee, with its registered office in Hong Kong, and its operational office in Melbourne, Australia.
