H5 Influenza and other Current Respiratory Diseases of Concern

APACI, with the sponsorship of Moderna, brought together speakers from across the Asia-Pacific region for a broad-ranging discussion of H5 Influenza and other respiratory diseases of current concern. On 14 June 2025, a webinar (hosted by John Ryan McLane, APACI Executive Director, and chaired by members of the APACI Board of Directors) presented the findings of 12 expert researchers and providers. Presentations were followed by questions from attendees, and the presentations were supported by the expert Chairs. This was the first in a series of webinars meant to keep APACI members and colleagues in the field of respiratory diseases up to date with our rapidly changing area of study and practice, and to develop linkages across the Asia-Pacific region.
